A Fort Wayne staffing company will settle an age, race and retaliation discrimination lawsuit brought by the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), the agency announced today. The company will pay a total of $580,000 and will also pay up to $5,000 in settlement administrative expenses.
